Position summary
The Supply Chain Data & Analytics team supports a data-driven supply chain through analytics, reporting, and business insights.
The Senior Manager leads reporting and analytics deliverables that support supply chain decisions and strategic initiatives.
The role works with the India SDA team, technology teams, supply leadership, and regional and global stakeholders.
General responsibilities
- Build domain knowledge of supply chain datasets and systems.
- Create and maintain business reports and dashboards, including through Lighthouse.
- Co-manage regional embedded analysts and identify business use cases with stakeholders.
- Enable skill development and knowledge sharing for embedded analysts and super users.
- Help hire, guide, and mentor India SDA analytics resources.
- Provide first-level support for Lighthouse content and end users.
- Support advanced analytics and data science use cases.
- Help define Databricks processes, use cases, and training for the team.
Strategy and collaboration
- Contribute to multiyear supply chain analytics vision and data strategy.
- Identify Lighthouse analytics use cases and provide insights for strategic decisions and priorities.
- Partner with SDA leaders and supply chain stakeholders on analytics capabilities and globally aligned deliverables.
- Collaborate across brands and regions to standardize tools, data hierarchies, methodologies, metrics, and reporting.
- Work with business analysts to gather and document functional and technical requirements for business use cases.
