Rwaj is a live shopping and social commerce platform built for sellers in GCC.
We help sellers grow through live selling, auctions, product discovery, and a more interactive shopping experience.
We are currently preparing for launch and looking for motivated Seller Acquisition Partners who can help us bring high-quality sellers to the platform.
About The Role
This is a flexible, part-time, performance-based role for people who already have access to seller communities, small business owners, online stores, Instagram sellers, TikTok sellers, boutiques, beauty brands, accessories sellers, jewelry sellers, and fashion sellers.
Your main responsibility is to identify, contact, qualify, and refer strong sellers who are a good fit for Rwaj.
This is not a traditional full-time sales job.
It is a partner role for people who can use their network, communication skills, and category knowledge to help sellers join a new live commerce platform.
Target Seller Categories
We are currently focused on sellers in:
*** Women’s fashion**
*** Men’s fashion**
*** Accessories**
*** Jewelry**
*** Self-care products**
*** Cosmetics and beauty products**
Must-Have Qualifications
*** Strong network or access to online sellers, boutiques, beauty brands, fashion sellers, jewelry sellers, accessories sellers, or small business owners**
*** Good communication skills in Arabic**
*** Ability to contact and follow up with sellers professionally**
*** Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and social selling behavior**
*** Based in UAE**
*** Comfortable working on a performance-based commission structure**
*** Able to refer at least 3 qualified sellers within the first 30 days**
*** Professional, trustworthy, and able to represent Rwaj properly**
Preferred Qualifications
*** Previous experience in sales, business development, seller onboarding, influencer management, jewelry, fashion, beauty, or marketplace growth**
*** Existing relationships with fashion, accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, or self-care sellers**
*** Experience working with Instagram shops, TikTok sellers, beauty businesses, jewelry sellers, boutique owners, or small online brands**
*** Knowledge of live selling, social commerce, or e-commerce marketplaces**
*** Ability to build a small pipeline and follow up consistently**
*** Experience in UAE retail and social commerce markets**
