Overview

About the Role

Content Creation

• Use AI tools and lightweight design tools to create videos, images, social posts, stories, reels concepts, promotional visuals, and digital assets
• Create content around livestream shows, sellers, products, auctions, marketplace updates, promotions, and community moments
• Maintain a consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all channels

Copywriting

• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive Arabic and English copy for social media, app notifications, emails, newsletters, and marketplace announcements
• Create hooks, captions, short scripts, promotional messages, and community replies tailored to Saudi and GCC audiences

Social Media

• Manage Rwaj’s official social media channels on a daily basis
• Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, tags, and community interactions
• Follow local trends, viral formats, and platform behavior to keep Rwaj’s presence active and relevant

Growth & Campaign Support

• Support growth campaigns focused on seller acquisition, buyer engagement, livestream attendance, promotions, and app activity
• Assist with paid campaign execution on TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, or other relevant platforms
• Work on campaign messaging, creative concepts, and content variations to improve performance

User Retention

• Support push notifications, newsletters, and promotional messages to keep users engaged and coming back to the platform
• Help create content and messaging for buyer campaigns, seller updates, live show reminders, and marketplace announcements

Data & Reporting

• Track content performance, engagement, audience growth, and campaign results
• Prepare simple weekly reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations
• Identify which content formats, messages, and channels drive the best engagement and user activity

Who We Are Looking For

• A hands-on marketer who enjoys execution, not just planning
• Someone who can move fast and create content without waiting on a large design team
• Strong user of AI tools for content creation, copywriting, ideation, and creative production
• Strong understanding of Saudi and GCC trends, culture, language, and consumer behavior
• Strong Arabic and English communicator
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple channels and tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with clear ownership and measurable output

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a similar hands-on role
• Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, social commerce, consumer apps, retail, or online platforms
• Experience managing social media channels for brands targeting Saudi Arabia or the GCC
• Experience using AI tools to create or improve content and visual assets
• Experience writing Arabic and English copy for social media, notifications, emails, or campaigns
• Experience running or supporting paid campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, or similar platforms
• Portfolio or examples of social media content, campaigns, or digital assets you have created
• Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced startup environment
