Security Supervisor role at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Oversee hotel security procedures and promote a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors.
- Support the Security Manager with contractors, suppliers, and vendors; maintain relationships with local security authorities.
- Supervise Security Officers, guide deployment and briefings, ensure professional service, and check equipment readiness.
- Monitor car-park security, master keys, access control, VIP arrivals, and daily security coverage.
- Handle and investigate incidents and emergencies confidentially; coordinate the Security Fire Fighting Team during emergencies.
- Conduct security training, improve processes and procedures, and inform senior management of relevant security matters.
Requirements
- Previous hotel security experience is required; luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and incident-management skills.
- Good knowledge of local security procedures and authorities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Professional, proactive, and guest-focused approach.
