Chief Steward position at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort.
The role leads the stewarding department and supports other hotel colleagues.
Stewarding leadership and operations
- Establish and maintain effective department systems and operating methods.
- Supervise stewarding team members, facilities, operations, and costs.
- Coordinate par stocks and supplies with hotel colleagues and approve storeroom requisitions.
- Ensure facilities and equipment are clean.
- Schedule preventive maintenance work and coordinate with Engineering.
Safety and sustainability
- Ensure team members follow health and safety standards, handle and store chemicals correctly, and use required safety materials.
- Lead and support the hotel's energy-conservation and environmental policies and practices.
