About This Role
Security Supervisor – Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead security guards to ensure effective site security operations.
- Monitor daily deployment, attendance, and shift scheduling of security personnel.
- Conduct regular patrol inspections to ensure guards are performing duties correctly.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, client requirements, and UAE security regulations.
- Respond immediately to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and security breaches.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
- Coordinate with control room operators, site teams, and management for smooth operations.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring for security staff.
- Conduct toolbox talks, briefings, and shift handovers to ensure clear communication.
- Inspect security equipment, uniforms, and site facilities to maintain operational standards.
- Ensure all guards maintain professional appearance, discipline, and conduct.
- Handle staff concerns, operational challenges, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Liaise with clients professionally and address site security concerns effectively.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm response coordination when required.
- Maintain accurate daily occurrence reports, incident reports, and attendance records.
- Ensure proper implementation of emergency response procedures and evacuation protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for security improvement.
- Support management in maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction.
