Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Patrolling Security Supervisor to join our team in the UAE.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising security patrol operations, monitoring security personnel, ensuring site safety, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage patrolling security guards across assigned locations
- Conduct regular patrol inspections to ensure safety and security compliance
- Monitor guard attendance, performance, and deployment schedules
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client complaints
- Prepare daily occurrence reports and incident reports
- Ensure all security staff follow company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with management and clients regarding security operations
- Train and guide security personnel on duties and emergency procedures
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and operational efficiency on sites
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Patrolling Supervisor in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including night duty
- Physically fit and able to handle field operations
- SIRA certification is an advantage
- Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
