Sira Security Supervisor (Patrolling)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage patrolling security guards during day and night shifts.
• Conduct regular patrol inspections of assigned sites, buildings, compounds, and client locations.
• Ensure all security officers are on duty, properly groomed, and following company SOPs.
• Monitor attendance, shift deployment, and daily security operations.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and client concerns.
• Prepare daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs.
• Carry out surprise inspections and spot checks at assigned locations.
• Ensure patrol vehicles, communication devices, and security equipment are in proper working condition.
• Coordinate with management, control room, and clients regarding operational matters.
• Train, guide, and evaluate security staff performance.
• Investigate security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities and submit reports.
• Ensure compliance with local security regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security supervision or patrol operations.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of incident reporting and security procedures.
• Physically fit and able to patrol multiple locations.
• Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.
• Security certification such as Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) is an advantage.
