Overview
· Oversee the **day-to-day operations** at work sites escalate to Operations/HR.
· **Provide daily attendance** for all staff in morning shift and Night shift.
· **Provide support to operations and HR** for employee information and site locations.
· Daily monitor **grooming standards** for all staff.
· **Time management** for all operations.
· Report any **misconduct** to HR for appropriate actions with appropriate rectifications.
· **Supervise and monitor security operations** at site and coordinate with Operations Manager.
· Provide **attendance summary** for all the employees’ end of the month.
· Ensure all **planned activities** are completed and reported to operations Manager.
· Coordinate efficient and effective response.
· Respond appropriately to **emergencies or urgent issues** as they arise.
· **Strong leadership and team management** abilities.
· Ability to **think strategically and problem-solvin**g effectively.
· **Flexible and adaptable** to changing priorities and able to work well under pressure.

Handle SIRA Portal and Trainings of staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
