Role Overview
We are hiring a **Security & Protocol Manager** to lead protective services, security operations, and protocol management within a **hospital environment**.
The role focuses on ensuring safety, security compliance, emergency preparedness, and protocol adherence across hospital operations.
Key Requirements
- **Minimum 8–10 years of security or protective services experience**
- **Hospital or healthcare experience is mandatory**
- Must have worked in a **hospital, healthcare facility, or regulated environment**
- Proven experience managing **security operations, access control, and emergency response**
- Strong understanding of **protocol management, incident control, and risk mitigation**
- Experience leading security teams and working with internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage **hospital security and protective services operations**
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Oversee access control, surveillance, and incident response systems
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and crisis management
- Ensure compliance with **local regulations, hospital policies, and safety standards**
- Manage security staff, vendors, and service providers
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with hospital leadership, law enforcement, and government entities as required
- Prepare security reports, risk assessments, and dashboards
Preferred Experience
- Experience in **large hospitals or complex healthcare facilities**
- Background in **security management, protocol, or protective services leadership**
- Knowledge of healthcare safety regulations and emergency management frameworks
- ✅ **Important Note**
- This role is **strictly for candidates with prior hospital or healthcare experience**.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
