Mandate of Information Security & Governance Division
- Perform administrative and coordination activities to support information security and governance operations.
- Maintain documentation, records, and tracking logs related to information security activities.
- Assist in ensuring that information security processes are followed in accordance with defined procedures.
- Provide support in organizing awareness activities and internal communications related to information security.
- Mandate of Information Security & Governance and Data Protection & Privacy Sections
Information Security & Governance
- Maintain records of information security policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.
- Track completion of security-related tasks, controls, and compliance activities.
- Assist in collecting and organizing evidence required for audits and compliance reviews.
- Update logs and trackers related to risk, compliance, and governance activities.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required information.
Collaborate on Security Initiatives
- Support coordination of security initiatives by scheduling meetings and tracking action items.
- Assist in documenting tasks, updates, and progress related to security activities.
- Maintain records of communications and deliverables related to governance initiatives.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and escalate delays to the reporting manager.
Outsourced Cyber Security Services
- Maintain records of service reports and deliverables received from external service providers.
- Assist in organizing documentation related to outsourced service activities and assessments.
- Track SLA reports and document any deviations for review by management.
Data Protection & Privacy
- Maintain records related to data classification and data protection activities.
- Assist in tracking compliance with data protection requirements.
- Organize documentation related to PII and PHI handling controls.
- Support documentation of data-related incidents and follow-up actions.
Identity and Access Governance
- Maintain records of access requests, approvals, and access review activities.
- Track onboarding and offboarding access control activities.
- Assist in documenting access recertification activities and compliance status.
- Organize supporting evidence related to access governance processes.
