Security Officer Visitor Credential Validation

Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, maintain visitor and vendor records, and communicate access concerns according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
