Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123): All candidates must possess a valid Australian driver's license that complies with the Australian Driver Policy Requirements (C123). Candidates are required to provide a copy of their valid driver's license during the application process. Loss Prevention (B210): Experience in loss prevention strategies and practices is required. Candidates should be knowledgeable about theft prevention techniques and loss mitigation.

Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk of a logistics and distribution location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.

Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor, driver, and vendor credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing individuals according to site policies.

Answer phones, receive deliveries and communications, and provide clear directions or information to authorized personnel and guests.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.

Monitor front-desk activity and report unusual activity, access concerns, or security-related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
