Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.

Monitor entry points and verify authorized access through established credentials, visitor logs, and/or access-control systems.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting requirements.

Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Document incidents, unusual activity, and access-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
