Reliable, responsible, and experienced building security guard for residential buildings in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports the safety, security, and smooth daily operations of buildings, residents, visitors, and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Control building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
- Patrol and inspect common areas, entrances, parking spaces, and facilities.
- Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activities or security concerns.
- Keep visitor, incident, and daily security records.
- Assist residents and visitors professionally.
- Report maintenance issues, damage, hazards, and emergencies to property management.
- Enforce building security procedures and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned security area.
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous security guard experience; residential building or property management experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE security guard licence or certification, where applicable.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; physically fit for long shifts.
- Honest, disciplined, punctual, and professional; able to work independently and handle emergencies.
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and building security procedures.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,000–2,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
