Drive growth of the property management portfolio by identifying opportunities, developing owner and investor relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
The ideal candidate is proactive and target-oriented, with experience in business development, sales, real estate, or property management and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new property management business and increase the number of buildings and units under management.
- Build and maintain owner/property data and prospect landlords and investors.
- Contact and qualify potential owners and property management opportunities.
- Arrange and attend qualified owner meetings and maintain structured follow-up.
- Coordinate proposals and arrange final meetings between qualified owners and the Property Management Department Manager.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, activity history, opportunity value, and next-action dates.
- Support negotiation and closing until the Property Management Agreement is signed.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports as required.
Key requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven property management experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market is mandatory.
- Understand Abu Dhabi communities, major developers, projects, property prices, and current market dynamics.
- Confidently identify and qualify genuine buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a high volume of prospects.
- Real estate CRM experience or CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence and vehicle.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 3,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
