Security Field Supervisor

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee security operations and provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to security personnel.
Conduct scheduled and random site inspections, patrols, and operational reviews.
Ensure all posts are properly staffed, covered, and operating according to post orders.
Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and deployment plans to prevent coverage gaps.
Address call-offs, staffing shortages, and operational issues by coordinating coverage and escalating concerns as needed.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns professionally and effectively.
Verify officer attendance, performance, patrol completion, and required reporting.
Complete and review incident reports, activity logs, staffing documentation, and operational records.
Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
Assist with onboarding, training, and development of security personnel.
Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, management, dispatch, and field teams.
Utilize scheduling systems, reporting platforms, and security technology accurately.
Serve as a visible leadership presence and resource for overnight security teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Active Wisconsin Private Security Person License required and must remain current.
- Previous security, law enforcement, military, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing personnel.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and screening requirements.

$23.00 - $24.00 / hour
