Role

Qualifications

• At least 7.5 years of overall experience is stated; additional information specifies at least 5 years with Saviynt Identity Platform.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
• Saviynt Identity Platform proficiency and hands-on EIC/EIC-IAM experience are required.
• Saviynt certification is preferred.

Saviynt delivery and support

• Design, develop, configure, and support Saviynt IGA solutions, application onboarding, enhancements, and managed services.
• Provide L2/L3 support for onboarding, provisioning, reconciliation, workflows, connectors, and governance.
• Perform end-to-end onboarding using out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
• Configure access requests, SoD, campaigns, certifications, roles, email templates, analytics, global settings, and lifecycle management.

Integrations and operations

• Build integrations with REST API, SOAP, SCIM, JDBC, SQL, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Integrate with Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, SAP GRC, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Workday, databases, and other enterprise applications.
• Maintain custom Java/API-based connectors; troubleshoot complex provisioning, workflow, connector, job, and performance issues.
• Support upgrades, patching, migrations, testing, deployment, stabilization, and optimize SQL queries.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, application owners, and client stakeholders.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.

• The position is based at the employer’s Bengaluru office.
