Requirements

• Must-have skills (required)
• AI knowledge: familiarity with AI applications and trends in sectors such as AV/robotics, logistics & transportation, insurance, oil & gas is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving: able to develop actionable plans to address client needs and drive revenue growth.
• Relationship-building: proven track record of managing and growing long-term client relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Communication skills: strong ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical skills: experience using data to drive decision-making and improvements in customer success and account strategy.
• Organization and multitasking: strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel: able to travel as needed to meet with clients and manage relationships effectively.
• Academic and professional requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Account Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in technology or consulting industries with enterprise clients.
