About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a highly professional and experienced **Secretary & Receptionist** to join our company specializing in **Fit-Out, Interior Decoration, Woodworks, and Maintenance Services**.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong customer service and front desk management skills
  • Ability to handle calls, emails, scheduling, and office coordination
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
