Job Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls and email correspondence
- Prepare reports and official documents
- Maintain and organize files and records
- Provide administrative support to management
Requirements:
- Minimum [1–2] years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Good command of ( English &Arabic )
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
