Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary Cum Accounts professional to provide administrative support while assisting with basic accounting functions.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling both clerical and financial tasks efficiently.
Administrative Duties
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and filing systems
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents
- Maintain proper documentation and records (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Handle office supplies and general administrative tasks
Accounting Duties
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Support in payroll processing and expense tracking
- Coordinate with auditors and finance team when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in administrative and basic accounting roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English
