Assistant Planning Engineer
About This Role
*Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Planning: Create, update, and maintain project baseline schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against the baseline, update look-ahead schedules, and monitor critical path activities.
- Reporting: Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards to document project status, achievements, and delays.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Site Interaction: Perform site visits to verify progress and ensure construction activities align with the planned schedule.
- Resource Analysis: Assist in tracking resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials) to identify potential bottlenecks.
*At least 1 year of experience in UAE.
