About This Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Secretary to handle client communication, prepare estimates, follow up on proposals, and support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients (email, calls, WhatsApp)
  • Prepare and send quotations / proposals
  • Follow up on proposals until closure
  • Manage emails, schedules, and office coordination
  • Maintain client records and documentation
  • Coordinate with team on tasks and updates

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in admin / secretary role
  • Strong English communication (written & spoken)
  • Good organization and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary

AED 3,000 – 4,000 (based on experience)
