Lead Luxury One Real Estate's Property Advisory team and grow its Dubai secondary property business.
The role focuses on closing high-value deals, developing advisors, and building an accountable, results-driven team.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of Dubai real estate sales experience and a proven record of personal sales and successful deal closures.
- Knowledge of ready properties, resale transactions, and Dubai secondary-market trends.
- Hands-on experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle; understanding of listings, lead management, portal performance, and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and closing skills; ability to manage targets, coach advisors, monitor performance, and drive conversions.
- Previous team leadership or sales management experience is preferred.

- Lead the Property Advisory team and drive growth in the Dubai secondary property market.
- Close high-value deals, develop advisors, manage team targets, monitor performance, and drive conversions.
