Luxury One Real Estate is hiring experienced Secondary Market Property Advisors for its Dubai real estate team.
The role focuses on ready properties, resale transactions, and the Dubai secondary property market.
Candidate requirements
- At least one year of Dubai real estate sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai secondary market, ready properties, resales, and property valuations.
- Experience handling buyers, sellers, landlords, and property investors.
- Hands-on experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Understanding of property listings, lead management, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and closing skills; target-driven ability to convert leads.
- Knowledge of Dubai communities, market trends, and prevailing property prices.
Role focus
- Handle buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors and support sales of ready and resale properties.
- Manage leads, listings, viewings, negotiations, and transactions through to closure.
Company support
- Company-generated leads, marketing support, and professional in-house photo and video content.
- Property portal credits, developer access, and project-launch opportunities.
- Training and mentorship to build market knowledge, negotiation skills, and closing techniques.
