Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of luxury residential and commercial properties.
• Create video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Film property walkthroughs, cinematic tours, agent introductions, client testimonials, and promotional videos.
• Edit video, perform colour correction and photo retouching, and complete post-production.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and content ideas.
• Ensure visual content aligns with company branding and marketing standards.
• Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment.
• Organize and maintain a library of photographs, videos, and other digital assets.
• Keep up to date with photography, videography, editing techniques, and social media trends.
• Coordinate and attend property shoots, company events, interviews, and other marketing activities.
• Deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, or in a similar creative role.
• Real estate photography and videography experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, and audio equipment.
• Understanding of cinematic filming, composition, lighting, framing, and colour grading; ability to create short-form videos and social media reels.
• A strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography work.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to travel to property locations across Dubai.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with luxury real estate brands or premium lifestyle companies is preferred.
• Drone photography and videography experience is preferred, subject to required UAE permits and approvals.
• Experience with luxury property listings, high-end marketing campaigns, and current social media trends is preferred.
