Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Secondary Market Specialist to join Sky View Real Estate.
The ideal candidate will focus on buying, selling, and leasing properties in the secondary market, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional real estate advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of secondary market properties (resale and ready units)
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends and pricing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and competitor activity
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Ensure all transactions comply with local property laws and regulations
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Update CRM systems with accurate client and property data
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in the secondary market
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
