Role overview

Requirements

• At least 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience; candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary market, residential and commercial properties, communities, and current market prices.
• Experience handling ready properties, resale transactions, and property listings.
• Understanding of property valuations, market trends, and comparable property prices.
• Demonstrated sales performance and ability to convert leads into clients and completed transactions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused, and able to work independently.
