Role overview

Requirements

• At least one year of UAE real estate sales experience; luxury sales candidates may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including new launches, developers, communities, and payment plans.
• Experience selling off-plan residential or commercial properties, plus an understanding of property investment opportunities and market trends.
• Demonstrated sales performance and ability to convert fresh leads into clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence; self-motivated, commercially focused, and able to work independently.

Core work

• Convert fresh leads into clients and property transactions.
• Sell off-plan residential or commercial properties and advise clients using market knowledge.

Compensation and benefits

• Commission of 50%–70%.
