Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Secondary Market Real Estate Brokers/Ready Property Specialist** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in Secondary Market with buying, selling, leasing and Rentals of residential and/or commercial properties, while providing expert market advice and delivering exceptional customer service in line with RERA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Acquire property Listings from Private sellers, Landlords and Institutional Owners.
- Qualify and Match Buyers to Ready Residential and Commercial Units.
- Conduct property viewings.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and investment opportunities
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for mortgage preapproval with bank partners.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain a strong referral base
- **.Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Proven experience as a Secondary Market Real Estate Broker or Property Consultant in Dubai**
- **Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and communities**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- UAE driving license preferred
