About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Brokers/Ready Property Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in Secondary Market with buying, selling, leasing and Rentals of residential and/or commercial properties, while providing expert market advice and delivering exceptional customer service in line with RERA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Acquire property Listings from Private sellers, Landlords and Institutional Owners.
- Qualify and Match Buyers to Ready Residential and Commercial Units.
- Conduct property viewings.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and investment opportunities
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for mortgage preapproval with bank partners.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain a strong referral base
- .Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Secondary Market Real Estate Broker or Property Consultant in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and communities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- UAE driving license preferred
