As a Property Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of Dubai’s real estate scene—building your own pipeline, closing high-value deals, and earning uncapped commissions based on your performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate and manage leads across Dubai’s property market
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand client needs and match them with the right properties
- Negotiate offers and close deals confidently
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new developments
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Ensure smooth transactions while following DLD & RERA regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in real estate in UAE.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Professional, confident, and client-focused
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Must have a laptop & smartphone and ability to use real estate CRM tools.
