Marketing Manager – Real Estate (UAE Market)
We’re looking for a results-driven **Marketing Manager** with a strong background in **lead generation and UAE real estate marketing**.
If you’re creative, data-driven, and understand the dynamics of the local property market, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on **lead generation and brand growth**
- Plan and manage **digital campaigns** (Google Ads, Meta, property portals, email marketing, etc.)
- Generate high-quality leads for **off-plan and secondary market properties**
- Oversee social media, content creation, and campaign performance
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive conversions
- Manage agencies, designers, and external marketing partners
Requirements
- **4–6 years of experience** in marketing and lead generation
- **Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate marketing experience (mandatory)**
- Strong knowledge of **UAE property market trends and buyer behavior**
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities
