Job Title: Secondary Market Property Consultant (Sales Agent)
Location: Dubai
Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and ambitious Secondary Market Property Consultants (Agents only) to join our growing real estate team. The role focuses on buying and selling ready properties in the secondary market, generating listings, and closing deals through strong client relationships and market expertise.
What We offer :-
Commission & Compensation
- Commission Split: 50% – 70% (based on performance)
- Salary Support: KPI-based support for first 3 months
Leads & Marketing Support
- Access to Property Finder premium credits for enhanced visibility
- Strong social media marketing support (Instagram & digital platforms)
- Exclusive focus on high-quality leads from Property Finder
Training & Support
- Comprehensive training for secondary market sales
- Continuous support from Sales Director and Sales Manager
- Ongoing coaching to improve negotiation and closing skills
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Minimum 1year of experience in Dubai real estate secondary market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
