About The Role
We are looking for experienced and motivated Secondary Market Real Estate Agents to join our growing team.
If you have a strong understanding of the secondary property market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary: Up to **AED 10,000** per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for secondary market properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers and close successful transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Maintain accurate client records.
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in the UAE secondary real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of the secondary property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage.
Compensation
- **Salary:** Up to **AED 10,000** per month (based on experience)
- **Commission:** Attractive, uncapped commission structure
