Customer Service Representative (Sales-Focused)

Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers *and* identifying sales opportunities.
In this role, you’ll provide excellent service, resolve customer concerns, and confidently recommend products or services that meet customer needs.
If you’re a people person who likes problem-solving and earning through performance, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues in a professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate to meet sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM or POS systems
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
