Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales and leasing opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions.
- Stay updated with the Dubai property market.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
- A passion for real estate and customer service.
- Previous Dubai real estate experience is preferred for experienced applicants.
- UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
