Role Description

This is a full-time, office-based leadership role in Dubai.

We are looking for an experienced Secondary Market Manager to build our resale department from the ground up — team, process, and pipeline.

You will own the department's P&L direction, recruit and lead the sales team, and be responsible for reselling our clients' units and growing our listing inventory.

This is a rare opportunity to build a department with founder-level support and full ownership of strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, recruit, train, and lead a full secondary sales team
  • Establish the secondary/resale department end-to-end: structure, processes, CRM workflows, and commission schemes
  • Resell clients' units and drive acquisition of new listings for resale
  • Manage and optimize all property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.): listing quality, lead routing, and portal performance
  • Grow listing inventory through owner outreach, broker network, and past-client re-engagement
  • Set and work to clear sales targets with short- and long-term department plans
  • Oversee deal progression: offers, MOUs (Form F), NOCs, and transfer coordination
  • Report performance to management with pipeline, conversion, and market analysis

Requirements

  • Proven track record in the Dubai secondary/resale market with closed transactions
  • Experience building or leading a real estate sales team
  • Deep knowledge of portal management and listing optimization (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
  • Strong command of Dubai resale transaction process: Form A/B/F, NOC, DLD transfer
  • Fluent English with polished, client-facing communication; additional languages a plus
  • Target-driven with strong planning, recruitment, and leadership skills
  • RERA broker card / certification preferred
  • Established network of owners, brokers, and investors is a strong advantage
  • Salary: Competitive + commission structure
