Role Description
This is a full-time Marketing Manager role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.
The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales activities across digital and offline channels.
Day-to-day tasks include developing campaign plans, managing social media and online presence, coordinating content creation, overseeing paid advertising, and optimizing email marketing and CRM initiatives.
The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, managing marketing budgets, and collaborating closely with the founders and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
The Marketing Manager will ensure consistent brand messaging, lead marketing projects, and identify new opportunities to position Ayoub & Co as a distinctive player in the Dubai real estate market.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning within real estate or related industries.
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media management, paid ads (e.g., Google, Meta), SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Ability to manage marketing analytics and reporting, using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Proficiency in copywriting and content creation for websites, email, and social channels, with attention to clear, persuasive messaging.
- Experience coordinating design and creative assets, and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is beneficial.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market or property sector is preferred, with a genuine interest in real estate and innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, showing initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive practices.
