YOUR ROLE

  • THIS HOLIDAY As a Seasonal Concierge, you will:
  • Welcome clients and deliver an extraordinary level of service
  • Act as a trusted resource for store information, products and services
  • Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone and by email
  • Resolve client needs with care, confidence and professionalism
  • Process gift cards and provide point-of-sale support
  • Share recommendations and knowledge of the local community
  • Support holiday events and other memorable in-store experiences

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • A passion for creating exceptional client experiences
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using technology and computer applications
  • A collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma
  • Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche:
  • $18.00 - $20.00 / 18,00$ - 20,00$ (per hour / de l’heure)
  • Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process. The range stated is the starting range for this position. Offers may vary with experience, qualifications, performance, and local market conditions.
