Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
- Help the team identify and remove blockers.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
- Track and report team performance metrics.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Work with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness.
- Promote continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks and delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with an Agile tool such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
