Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external software vendors.
- Support requirement walkthroughs, gap analysis, and solution validation.
- Facilitate UAT and verify business requirements are met.
- Work with project managers, development teams, and QA teams to support delivery.
Required competencies
- Business analysis and requirements management skills.
- Good understanding of internet banking, mobile banking, payment systems, and related banking integrations.
