Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization within the aerospace and advanced technology sector, is seeking a Project Coordinator / SCRUM Master to support project execution within a fast-paced engineering environment.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Agile project coordination skills with the confidence and leadership presence required to independently drive meetings, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain realistic project tracking and delivery expectations.

This role is best suited for someone with early-career project management experience who is comfortable working alongside multidisciplinary technical teams in a structured yet dynamic environment.

Project Tracking: Support project planning, execution, and tracking across multiple engineering workstreams.

Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and progress reviews.

Tool Management: Maintain and manage project activities using Jira, Kanban boards, and Agile methodologies.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Meeting Leadership: Independently lead meetings, provide clear status updates, and escalate blockers when necessary.

Risk & Communication: Ensure realistic planning and transparent communication regarding project progress and risks.

Milestone Tracking: Track action items, dependencies, and milestones to support on-time project delivery.

Process Improvement: Assist in improving project workflows, team collaboration, and reporting structures.

Required skills

2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, SCRUM Master, or Agile delivery roles.

Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Kanban frameworks.

Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira and project tracking tools.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership personality with the confidence to manage discussions and represent the project independently in meetings.

Ability to communicate realistically and effectively with both technical and management teams.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.

Domain Expertise: Exposure to aerospace, space, defense, or other engineering-driven environments is preferred.

A minimal technical aerospace background is sufficient, as the role is primarily focused on coordination and delivery management.

Nice to Have

SCRUM certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

Previous experience supporting engineering or R&D teams.
