About This Role
Overview
We are urgently looking to hire an experienced and highly-talented Scrum Master to join a global industry-leading Digital Consulting firm, based onsite at a client’s office in Abu Dhabi, responsible for driving high-performance Agile delivery across one or more squads within a large project.
The role ensures that complex, cross-functional data delivery operates smoothly, predictably, and in compliance with Data Governance, Architecture and platform constraints.
This is a hands-on senior practitioner role.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies at a senior, enterprise level
- Manage complex backlogs
- Ensure stories are complete and accurate
- Proactively manage impediments
- Maintain RAID logs and escalate systemic risks
- Lead the delivery planning of large epics, ensuring they are structured for successful execution.
- Working with Senior Stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to break epics into platform components and deliverable increments
- Mapping cross-team dependencies across squads
- Ensuring epics can be delivered incrementally rather than as “big bang” releases
- Act as the delivery interface
- Ensure expectations, risks and dependencies are visible and managed
- Track velocity, flow efficiency, and delivery predictability
- Identify systemic issues slowing down delivery
- Drive improvements in backlog readiness, sprint planning, and release quality
- Support junior Scrum Masters
- Coach Product Owners and teams on advanced Agile practices
- Raise Agile maturity across the organisation
Required Experience
- 8–12 years in Agile, digital or data delivery
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master in complex environments
- Experience delivering enterprise data, analytics or digital platforms
- Experience with data pipelines and warehouses, BI and analytics would be advantageous
- Jira at portfolio scale
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- SAFe Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Data or Cloud delivery certifications are a plus
- Holding your own visa is essential
- We are looking for someone to start immediately and this contract is set to run until end of September 2026 with the intention of extending, so if you’re an experience Scrum Master with extensive experience of building & delivering digital products and platforms, we’d love to hear from you ASAP!
