Job summary

General Responsibilities

• **Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems**
• Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
• **Reporting**
• Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.
• Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
• Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.

Job Specific Responsibilities

• Facilitate all aspects of the scrum framework, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full team engagement.
• Act as a servant leader and coach to the Agile team, promoting accountability and rigor in the application of scrum principles.
• Identify and actively remove impediments to the team’s progress, whether internal or external, to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Foster an environment of open communication and problem-solving, encouraging team members to voice concerns and propose solutions.
• Monitor project timelines and manage scrum artifacts, including sprint backlogs and burndown charts, to ensure transparency and visibility.
• Enhance team dynamics by mediating conflicts and facilitating constructive discussions to drive project momentum.
• Collaborate closely with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized according to business value.
• Lead and support the team in its efforts to continuously improve processes, advocating for changes that increase productivity and quality.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 6 years of relevant working experience

Desired Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 9 years of relevant working experience
