- Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned schedules
- Prepare and analyze critical path schedules and identify schedule risks
- Coordinate with project teams to collect progress updates and validate schedule information
- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule analyses
- Identify potential delays and recommend mitigation or recovery plans
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize project execution
- Support project management in forecasting project completion dates
- Participate in project meetings and provide schedule related updates
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and project specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in project scheduling and planning
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and progress measurement techniques
- Knowledge of critical path method (CPM) and earned value management (EVM) preferred

Job Summary

- The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to track progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and progress measurement techniques.
- Knowledge of critical path method (CPM) and earned value management (EVM) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multidisciplinary environment.
