Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to guests by anticipating their needs and preferences, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay.
  • Manage daily operations in the hospitality area, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in setting up and serving meals, beverages, and snacks, utilizing proper service techniques and etiquette to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hospitality area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are well stocked and in good working order.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to provide tailored recommendations and ensure a memorable experience during their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency in resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service delivery and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
