The employer is seeking qualified architects or civil engineers to join a fit-out and commercial interior construction team in Riyadh.
The role supports delivery of commercial interior and fit-out projects through coordination, technical documentation, quality control, and site activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating fit-out and commercial interior construction projects.
- Review architectural or civil drawings and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and support compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and maintaining project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

- 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous exposure to fit-out, interior construction, or commercial projects is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively within a project team.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit and other architectural or engineering software is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of fit-out and commercial interior construction works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and building specifications.
- Understanding of site coordination and project documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced project environment.
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary of SAR 13,000.
