We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Reporting Consultant for an onsite opportunity in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC, reporting tools, AMS support, and post go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors EC onsite support operations
- Handle incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Support Employee Central business processes and workflows
- Create and maintain Ad Hoc, Canvas, and Story reports
- Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure SLA compliance
- Support integrations with third-party applications
- Work on Foundation Objects, MDF, RBP, and workflow configurations
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations
- Strong AMS / Application Support and post go-live support experience
- Hands-on expertise in:
• Employee Central (EC)
- Foundation Objects
- MDF
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Workflows
- Reporting tools (Ad Hoc, Canvas, Story Reports)
- SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification is mandatory
