Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Consultant

Location: Onsite – Dubai, UAE

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Consultant with over 5 years of hands-on experience, including multiple end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP SF solutions, working closely with clients to understand business requirements, and ensuring successful project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP SF modules as per client needs.
• Participate in all project phases including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and provide system demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and SAP standards.
• Prepare project documentation, including configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end implementations (at least 2–3 full lifecycle projects).
• Strong hands-on experience in one or more SF modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS.
• Good understanding of HR business processes.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, APIs) is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s).
• Experience working in onsite/offshore model.
• Prior experience working in Middle East projects is a plus.

Other Details: Work Mode: Full-time, Onsite in Dubai.
